Arki Wanders

Dear Arki,

I've created this blog for you so that you will have something to look back to. We hope that by reading this, you will realize how lucky you are to have done this all. At an early age, we let you experience the world. You have been to several places and have done several things. That's how much we love you. You're being a clubfoot baby did not hinder this all. And we hope and pray that you grow up to be a man with a big heart. Do not forget to always thank God for all the blessings you're receiving, no matter how little it may be. We have done this all because we are deeply favored by God. And in return, remember to always give back, be kind and be gentle. Do not forget that my loves.

As of this writing, you are already seven years old, turning 8 this June 2019. And we are so proud of what have you become. We are proud parents of a triathlete. We love you so much.

Love,

Mama and Papa

At Tiktikan Lake.

Happy? More than happy and excited to get in Sohoton Cove.

This is probably the most majestic part in our travel,
Hagukan Cave's luminous water.

This is the "Dive Cave". I thought I could make it out
by jumping, but I was too scared to jump off the 4 meter dive.
Maybe I could do it next time when I'm big enough.

I had so much fun catching some jellyfishe. I thought
all jellyfish stings, but these kind of jellyfish do not.
And they are huge. Me and my dad on the boat.

This place is unique. And they serve exotic foods. Just chillin with my daddy.

At Lola mommy's rainforest.

Lola mommy's man made lake. It looks so scary. I was expecting a lot
about the place. But I think it's not properly maintained.

This is just a random stop over in my hometown. I hope to climb that mountain someday.
That's Mt. Capistrano in Malaybalay. Famous for it's rocky top and amazing view.

This is in Sierra del Oro, Cagayan de Oro City. At the back are para gliders. You know, the one that wears a parachute a and jump off  a high elevation. That sounds fun. Maybe I could do that someday.
Jan 2018

For now, I could only do this. Ball pit in Larry's Hill.

Hey there Optimus Prime. Long time no see.

Between him and Optimus, I like him better.
The road going here was quite rough. I thought we cold not  make it, but we did.
It was worth it though. They have this mini zoo with birds and a tiger, restaurants and
other fun activities.

On our way home, we stopped by Alalum Falls in Kisolon, Sumilao Bukidnon.

This baby skull is so cute. Remnants of the original balangay found exactly in this area.

Hi guys. Yes, I'm officially a triathlete. Just showing off.

This is probably my favorite trip so far. It's a weekend spent in the mountains.

UBEC. First stop, 10,000 roses. I didn't really count the roses,
so I  didn't really know if they were really 10,000.
I would have love them if they were just real roses.
And it's freakin hot in here.

Teacher said he is our first Philippine Hero. The one
and only, Lapu-Lapu.

We also went to Sto. Nino church to witness Magellan's cross.
Magellan is the mortal enemy of Lapu-Lapu.

Hey, I saw Dianne Castillejo in the ironkids venue.
She wasn,t smiling, though.

At Sirao garden. My mom's friends said this wasn't the
real Sirao Garden. That there's another much
nicer garden few meters from here.

Still at Sirao Garden. I know I'm cute, ryt?

At the TOPS Cebu.

Wheeww. It's so windy in here. The view here
overlooks the entire Cebu City

RInging the bells at the TOPS.

AT the Tempe of Leah. A construction was on going
when we went there. SO I did not really
enjoy the place.

Famous instagrammable spot at the temple.

They just opened recently and we were watching Aquaman here.

Probably our last trip for 2018. AT the Dahilayan Adventure Park.

I was so happy because I was with my cousins.

With my cousins and Papa

We bought our own baon to save money.

Yippey...It's the newest attraction in Dahilayan Adventure Park
and we were very excited to get in.

Picture first before anything else.

We are more than ready to try the Bootcamp. For just 250 per 3 hours.

We're done and we're heading to CDO now.

At SM downtown premier to have our lunch.

I guess this is it for now. This is probably not the end of my journey. Where my parents go, I also go. I hope to travel to different places. My mom said we still have to save more so we can travel again. 'Til then everybody. Thanks for dropping by. -Arki-
